Welcome to Parallax Gallery (parallaxgallery.ca). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of artwork from us. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our Site.
Agreement: These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Site.
Updates: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Gallery Ownership: All content published on this Site—including artwork images, photographs, graphics, text, logos, layout, and software code—is the property of Parallax Gallery or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site, artwork images, or branding without express written permission from Parallax Gallery. Purchasing an artwork grants you physical ownership of the piece, but does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights to the artwork.
Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, dimensions, and details of artworks as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color or detail will be entirely accurate.
Pricing & Availability: All prices listed on the Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) [or local currency specified] and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any artwork or service without notice at any time.
